My daughter sold something on depop and used my PayPal account for payment. However she didn't put the correct email.address. how do I receive the money as they say it has been paid? I've tried adding the email address that she used?
The email address has to be a valid one as in no typos. If it is a valid active email address, you should be able to add it to your account and confirm the email address when PayPal sends an email to it to confirm the email address in order to claim the payment.
