I had to do a refund but had no money in mypaypal account. Normally PayPal just takes it out of my checking account only for whatever reason they won't do it now. So I transferred over 200 dollars so I could refund the customer, and that was 4 days ago and I still cannot refund him because the transfer says still pending. This guy is furious and has contacted my shop owner and all heck is going down and I need to talk to PayPal. Help. This no live person because of Covid I b.s.
