How do I block non-US based payments? An international buyer with a US shipping address bought an item from me on eBay. My settings on eBay only allow buyers with shipping addresses in the US. I would not mind this if I wasn't charged the cross border fee from PayPal. This is part of the reason I don't want to sell outside the US. I've read on the eBay Community threads that there is a way to block payments from non-US based PayPal accounts, but I cannot find it. I appreciate any help you can give!
