How do I access my money and send it to my bank account if it says ‘pending’?

Someone sent me some money for a depop purchase yesterday , I have used PayPal successfully many times but my old account didn’t work so I created a new one . On the new account I was sent £30 but it says the money is pending ! How do I acsess my money ?

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business.

If you have 2 of the same type you risk both being limited.

Having said that if you are using a new account then paypal are seeing you as a 'new seller' and imposed the new seller hold, info in link below.
