How do I accept payment from an EBay sale?

I sold an item on EBay on Jan. 30. I contacted the buyer about payment, and he stated Payment was sent immediately after auction. PayPal says it’s waiting for acceptance of payment. But I have no pending payment or any record of it on my PayPal account. I want to send the item, but how do I accept his payment?

Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?
