Hello I have money that is waiting to be accepted in my account however i wanted to close my paypal account and revert the money to the owner without accepting it. Is there a way where the money can be reverted to the person who paid me accepting it or am i just going to have to wait for the money to be reverted back by itself without me accepting it.
