How can i track my shipment without having received the tracking ID, but rather the receipt number.

Hello,

 
I made a payment for an online purchase from hotvero.com on November 23rd, however, not having been a member of the PayPal community yet, i only received a receipt number, but no tracking ID (or any sort of confirmation that my order has been confirmed/ processed, etc.)
I therefore don't know how to track my shipment, but would love to.
