How can i prevent future payments to a company or service

I cancelled a subscription to a service with a company who have appalling reviews. they refuse to refund even though i cancelled within the 14 day period.

They agreed to cancel my subscription and i have evidence of this.

The reviews say that they carry on taking unauthorised payments.

How can i prevent any future payments going out to this company ?

Check if you had a subscription set up...


Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

thank you so much for this. i am concerned that the company is unscrupulous and will try to take money from me again. The online reviews are awful.

Ive opened a dispute with them through paypal but i want to ensure they cat get anything else form me
