If its showing as payment / sent etc then it has successfully transferred to the email address linked to a valid paypal account that you sent it to.
The only time it would show not being sent if it is says pending with a clearance date or pending/unclaimed for any reason.
why do i need to confirm after 48 hours after i sent?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
