How can i edit the receipt email that customers receive?

When customers buy a ticket on my charity website, the automatic receipt the receive from paypal has a NOte field, but it has no text, and displays “you have not added a note”. I have looked all around in my paypal profile and can’t find where to edit/customize that receipt.
