Last night, while trying frantically to order the PS5 from Target's website I used my paypal account during checkout. The order did not go through with Target, never received as much as an order confirmation or even got past the checkout point. However, paypal took the $530 out of my card to hold until Target confirms the order (which they never will because there is no order). Will this issue resolve itself, or what should I do? When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
