Is there a setting to do this? It totally screws up my accounting when proceeds from an ebay sale are used to pay for a clothing purchase or whatever. I have my Visa set as my preferred payment method, but somehow my Paypal balance ends up being used one way or another. Can I just make it NEVER do that, under any circumstances?
