I cancelled my paypal linked bank account before the refund transaction happened. Now i have a problem, my refund from booking.com was back to paypal, and then the refund money was transferred back to my cancelled bank account. But i cannot receive the money because i already cancelled my bank account and in my paypal account it shows this transaction is already completed...How can i let the money back to my paypal wallet?
Speak to your bank and see if they can recover the funds for you, if they can't and the transfer is denied then it should bounce back to your paypal balance.
Allow 14 working days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
