Can someone help me activate the Free Return shipping feature?
I visit this link, https://www.paypal.com/ca/smarthelp/article/FAQ3544, and I click the link that is listed there (activation page), yet it just directs me to Paypal's home page - on this page there is nothing to activate this feature. I am now in a loop of the seller telling me to activate the feature on my Paypal account, and Paypal providing me a dead link that does not allow me to activate it.
