I have a question concerning refunds now that ebay is taking over the payments for sellers and no longer using paypal:
Suppose I sold something and the buyer paid me through paypal. I have transferred the payment over to my bank accout.
Suppose the buyers wants to return the item and get a refund.
Will I be doing the refund by transferring the money back to paypal and paypal will then refund the customer, or can I just keep the money in my bank account and ebay will refund the money to the customer?
