A seller and I agreed we do not want to complete a transaction, but the seller is having difficulty canceling it and acts like they're reluctant to call eBay for help. PayPal is going to reattempt payment Friday if the seller does not act. The first time, nonsufficent funds caused it to fail. If it goes through Friday, it will be a financial nightmare for me, delaying my rent payment. I need to stop PayPal from reattempting payment.
