Your recipient’s account may be new to receiving payments so the payment is subjected to temporary hold. There are things one can do, like adding tracking number or marking the transaction as “processed” and then asking you to ‘confirm receipt’ afterwards to release funds. She should click on the transaction to perform these tasks.
These holds typically happen when a payment is sent as goods and services in error so the system thinks she ie receiving money for a sale.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

The first time I sent her money I thought I had the wrong PayPal email for her so I cancelled it and then tried again. After those two times I tried a third time and says it’s on hold, I’ll tell her to do those steps. Thanks!
