Hi could people help with pending payment

Im a twitch streamer and have my donations setup through stream elements however when i receive a donation the money stays on hold and i dont want to contact the the donator about it since they were kind enough to donate is there any fix?

Nope, if you do not want to contact sender to confirm receipt. Then again not all transactions require or have the option for sender to confirm receipt. You'll have to wait up to 21 days for PayPal to release funds.

ok thanks ill just have to wait i did try changing shipping info and asked once but they had an email but nowhere to confirm the item they recieved
