My bf which lives in New York decided to send me some money, the thing is that I’ve never used PayPal, he sent over the money but he said that it would only let him send it as a payment not as a gift . So my money hasn’t gotten to me and I went on the PayPal page to see why but it says I have already received it which is not true because when I check it still says it’s on hold . Any help?
