If the original transaction was paid with a bank account, the issued refund will go back to your balance and then automatically withdrawn to your bank account, otherwise, if the money is deposited in your PayPal balance, click "Transfer Money" button under the PayPal balance on the Summary page and select "Transfer to my bank" on next page.
Generally, issued refunds go back to original payment method.
