Help!!

Never had issues before receiving money and adding it to my account but now it’s saying “we can’t complete this transaction at this time”. Al my info is up to date and I need my cash now as I have five baby mouths to feed!!!!

I can understand that you are facing an issue with receiving the payment and adding money to your PayPal account. In this case, we recommend you to clear the caches/cookies and try to make the action after 24 hours, so If there any technical glitch it will get lifted and the process will go through.
