A buyer from sent me money and PayPal is holding because my account needs an upgrade. The upgrade happened I needed the sender to send me $500 and I’d send it back. Now the sender says they were credited $500 twice but on my end it only shows once. PayPal won’t release the funds to me unless I send the buyer $500 more dollars and mind you I don’t have that I also have screen shots to prove it. How should I go about this situation.
