I want to make a PayPal account to use as a wagering system for video games. My cousin has agreed to give me some money to start off on. I have no intention of hooking up a card up bank account. Is there anyway I can use my PayPal account only to send and accept wagers, and when I want to buy a item on the shopping tab?
