I need to help one of my friends sent money to me from a different country, and every time i try and accept it it says temporarily unable to load page wondering if anyone else has this problem and how to fix?

It probably is an issue either with paypal's servers or the connection on your part, try again after an hour/day, for some people it works on the 3rd day while for others the second attempt
