You'll receive a "successful" notification at sending and a PayPal email confirmation of the payment and there would be a transaction record in your PayPal account activity marked "completed" or "pending" if the funds have to be claimed by the recipient. If the recipient is a new user or seller, the payment maybe subject to up to 72 hr review or 21 day funds availability hold (if goods and service payment).
