Recently i got a problem with paypal it wont let me buy stuff, lets say soon as i go to the procced/checkout page i sign in right, all it does yea loads and bring me to the home page/summary and thats like 3th day am trying to buy something and i can't cos of that is my paypal blocked or smth?
