Hello, I have sent a payment to somebody on paypal using paypal credit. When I sent it it said it was Completed (not pending) but when I asked the person if they had recieved the payment they said that it was pending for them . I need help ASAP . Regards
Unfortunately it's not possible to expedite a pending transaction. Most likely it's under review and hopefully will be released in a reasonable amount of time.
