Hi, I'm trying to use paypal as an option to buy something, I have previously used paypal for payment before but for some reason it is now saying 'unfortunately we cant process this payment' now and It wont let me send money from my bank account to my paypal balance either it is declining it, anyone have any ideas how to solve this?

Do you still have your bank account showing in your paypal wallet?
Do you still have the direct debit showing for paypal in your online banking?
Advice is voluntary.
