Help!

Made a purchase early morning yesterday, and family matter arose later on meaning I need to the money for other things. Have contacted seller and they refuse as they say they put not cencellations or refund in description of invoice. Can anyone help me I really need the money back in my account

You can open a dispute for non receipt or item received but not as described.

You can't open a dispute for 'I changed my mind'.

You would need to sort this with the seller.
