So I purchased something from Depop a few months back and the girl refunded me for my purchase as the item didn’t work out. (I have confirmed the payment was not fraud, I received a “completed payment” email straight from PayPal - also confirmed to be a real PayPal email). I still have not received the money. I’ve contacted PayPal in the message center soooo many times about it and they have either told me to wait until the money goes through (waited for 4 months) or they have just not responded. I’m so upset about the customer service PayPal provides, I haven’t been able to speak with a real person on the phone and my problem seems way too complex to do through automated messages. Anyone understand this problem/possibly know of a solution?! I am a broke college kid who needs her money!!
