can someone please explain this message to me,
 
"Sorry, your recent PayPal payment did not go through. As a result, the item(s) below have not received payment. Please return to eBay to resubmit your payment again."
 
everything is ok with my bank account, but i just cant get to complete the transaction.

Try unlinking your PayPal from eBay:

 

From PayPal:

Go to Account Settings (wheel icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select eBay on left, click Cancel on the right.

 

Then from eBay:

My eBay > Account Tab

Click unlink PayPal account

 

Then try your purchase again and select PayPal to pay on eBay checkout and log in to PayPal and ok the billing agreement and select your bank account to pay.

Thanks guys, I was able to purchase directly from the store utilizing my PayPal and not through eBay. Apparently eBay had the issue.
