It sounds like you may be running into our security system. I apologize if this situation has caused confusion.
You sometimes have the option to hit cancel when it's asking to call/text you and additional steps may pop up. If it says directly that it can't call you, that either means our system has no other information to verify or you have attempted too many times. I would recommend giving it 24 hours before you attempt payment again.
