The seller on ebay put the wrong address in for him self, it say it is pending right now, how would i get the money over to him properly so he can send the item
Do you see a cancel button to cancel the payment? If not, then funds will be automatically returned if it remains Pending and marked unclaimed past 30 days.
Alternatively, the seller can establish the email account if at all possible and then add and confirm the email address to their PayPal account to claim the money.
