I am trying to send money via instant transfer. Currently I don’t have the money in my PayPal wallet but it’s my understanding that if I have a second credit card linked to my account, which I do, then I should be able to do an instant transfer. I have the money in my linked bank account, but I need to transfer the funds immediately and I do not see the option.
