Help: refund into PP account and not bank card

Hi

I'm expecting a refund from Ebay, for goods not received. I want the funds to stay in my PayPal account and not to go back into the bank card used.

I have removed the card from PayPal - will this help?

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

I understand your concern regarding the refund. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If you've used your card to complete the transaction then your refund will go to the same card and can take up to 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot stop the refund and have it transferred to your PayPal account. Here's the article to know more about the refund.
