Help please?

Hi all. Can someone help me? I’ve cancelled two payments that said they were done successfully, my funds come directly from my bank account, however. The funds left my bank account on Monday and nothing has been put back in? I’ve looked at help categories and it states 4 days for a refund but I’ve had nothing. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.
