Hello, I brought something off Depop, item never arrived so I contacted the seller who then confirmed the item was damaged and disposed of by Hermes. She refused to give me a refund so I put a claim in through PayPal . They have now come back to me and said that the seller will agree to refund me if I send the item back... which is impossible as I didnt receive it. I'm unsure what to do because now I won't get a refund. Help please ??
Originally I opened it as not reveived, but now looking back on it its been changed to item not as descibed. Which is impossible because I never changed it!
very odd, because only you can change a dispute from non receipt to not as described.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
