The case concerns: Order number: 09-04687-56660 I bought a computer from a seller. I never received a computer. The seller has filed a case with Royal Mail for a full refund for the missing item. Royal Mail investigated the case and returned the seller money for the missing item. You refused to help me. The seller has received a refund from Royal Mail but refuses to refund me for the lost item. It's unfair. Please help
