The case concerns: Order number: 09-04687-56660
I bought a computer from a seller. I never received a computer. The seller has filed a case with Royal Mail for a full refund for the missing item. Royal Mail investigated the case and returned the seller money for the missing item. You refused to help me. The seller has received a refund from Royal Mail but refuses to refund me for the lost item. It's unfair. Please help

Hope you are doing fine. I understand that you want to get a refund from the order. You can file a dispute for this using the Resolution Center page of your PayPal account. In your case please select the one for non-receipt. You can check this page What if I didn't receive my item or it's not as advertised? for the steps on how to file and for other important information. Hope this helps. Keep safe!
