Why are my Transaction still saying pending??

There are many reasons why a payment is pending. Click the transaction for more information.

A payment can be pending when it has not been claimed yet by recipient or merchant. Or PayPal is reviewing it. If an eCheck payment has not cleared yet, it is marked pending. An unpaid PayPal Invoice or money request is marked pending. If you're a new seller, your transaction could be pending due to PayPal hold awaiting delivery. 

Need to know more about your transaction to be sure what's going on. Are you recipient or sender?

Pending where?

pending echeque TO your paypal balance from a buyer?
pending IN your paypal balance for an Ebay sale as a new seller?
pending IN your paypal balance for an off-Ebay sale as a new seller?
pending TO a company with you as the buyer?
pending / unclaimed to a seller?
pending / unclaimed with a cancel option to a seller?
pending withdrawal to your bank account?
pending adding funds to your paypal account?

also is there a clearance date?
