Hello everybody! I sold an item at ebay , i recieved the paypal receipt by email but I at my paypal acount the payment doesnt appear. I have my debit card unconfirmed. The person who bought said to me that he had his money refunded. Can I receive money at paypal without confirming my debit card???
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down the page and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

Yes the email adres is correct but it wasnt confirmed to paypal. I confirmed it later because at the paypal receipt mail was writen confirm your mail so the payment can apear but it didnt work. However can I ask you if can I sell on ebay without confirming my debit card?
