Hi, I am receiving a Non-US - Unverified payment. According to PayPal's user agreement the cross border fee for my country is 1.3%. The PayPal fee structure page shows that the fee for my country is 3.4% + €0.35 EUR.
So I assume that the total tax would be: 1% + 3.4% + €0.35 EUR = 4.4 % + €0.35 EUR
The problem is that the fees are almost always higher than that. For example, a recent transaction had a gross amount of 7,36 EUR, but the PayPal transaction fee was 0,75 EUR instead of 0,67 EUR.
There were no currency conversions. What am I missing?
Thanks in advance.
