Hello,
I ordered Products from an Online Store and in activity window there are 3 activities - 1. order from Store, 2. payment to Store which was successfully and 3. failed to transfer money. Even tough I had enough on my bank account first time the payment didn't go out (it disappeared) and after a few days finally PayPal booked money from my bank account and it went out. Because of third activity (I think) PayPal added me a negative balance even tough the payment was automatically booked from my account!!
What should I do? I did even contact the Store and they said that they have received the money and everything is good. And if I have any Problems I have to contact PayPal, but how? If there is no direct email or phone number.
Please Help!
