Hi I returned an item to Nordstrom. They refunded me in store. Normally this goes directly into my pp balance. I have the cash card. Anyway it’s been 5 days. No money. I tried to filter and find the refund it doesn’t even show as processing or pending. It just shows complete payment. Nordstrom said it has been refunded and I have the receipts. Help! Is it because it has only been 5 days? It was Friday as well so that’s not business days.
