Help Please

I just sent money to a friend. On my end it says Pending bc she has to accept it. She doesn't use Paypal very often and doesn't know how to accept it. She has a debit acct attached to Paypal but it isn't showing up and her Paypal balance is 0.00. How can I help her accept the payment?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
