Help - I'm new

Just made a sale and the amount is at PalPal awaiting for the post office to open tomorrow.  Problem is the amound sent by buyer is over actual shipping is there a way to edit amount for less - does this happen automatically - do I call someone.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @koolenuf,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

Once the buyer has sent the payment to you, you would not be able to edit the amount as the transaction has already left the buyer's account. However, you can partially refund the transaction, if you want. You can find the instructions here.
