First off let me say that this is very disappointing that there is no way to reach customer service with Paypal.
I tried to make a purchase from a website, the paypal link came up and I logged in and authorized payment.
I was supposed to go back to the vendors website and click the complete purchase button but my browers closed the window.
When I tried to go back my shopping cart was empty.
I called the vendor and they said they did not see my purchase and to repurchase. I did that and that one completed.
I now have two pending charged in my Paypal account.
Cannot call Paypal, cannot reach customer service, and not able to open a dispute or anything. Why am I using this service again?
