Hello: refund issue with bank

Hello guys

I just purchased a watch strap and sunglasses a couple of days ago

But, there have been some issues with those items, so I cancelled/returned each order

So, technically I received a return/cancel confirmation email from ebay, but when I checked my bank account apps(BOFA), there is nothing shown, but just only amount(-) to buy those above

In fact, there should be amount(+) from ebay refund since my original payment method was a debit card, not Paypal,  isn't it?? but,,, still nothing

is there something wrong with the refund process, or due to holiday delay of my bank(BOFA)?

This is the first time I have a trouble with refund.

Hello there, It takes 3-5 business days to show in your bank account after the seller issues the refund.
