I bought super smash brothers ultimate from the eshop via paypal, but I am from saudi arabia and my paypal account is set in my country's region, but the nintendo eshop region is in Uniated states and as far as I know it is against paypal policy rules to buy a digtial items from another region that is not your PayPal's country region. I want to file a refund how do I do that thanks to anyone who responds.
