Hello, I can't transfer money from Thailand to German through paypal.me

A person send me paypal.me link to transfer but it shows "This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions." What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear that you can't send a payment through PayPal to this recipient. Please communicate with the recipient to ask them to log into their account and check to see if there's any messaging that directs them to complete any steps in their account. If there are any issues that are outstanding, they may not be able to receive a payment at present.
