I'm trying to add PayPal as a payment method to Facebook business ad manager as Payoneer card is not allowed to be used.
however instead of just simply logging into my account in the pop up (that appears once you click "PayPal" and "continue" on the facebook business ad manager page)...
and selecting the card that I want to use,
it requests me to provide my credit card details as if it does not see any card in my PayPal account....
as if there are no credit cards added...

And when I, completely frustrated with this situation, am trying to add the credit card following the instructions on the screen, it won't save the credit card details saying "please add credit card"...
Any idea how you can actually add PayPal to your facebook business ad manager?
